Jasa Marga Public Relation of Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road, Handoyono said, the road users who do not have enough balance, can do refilling at toll gate officers.
"Users have been able to refill electronic card balance, but not in all toll booths can perform charging balance," said Handoyono in Bekasi, Thursday (5/10/2017).
He explained that the filling of the balance can be done in two ways payment is by cash and debit balances from ATM cards.
"The toll booths can be refilled (electronic card balance) with cash only at the toll gate of Bekasi Barat 1 and Pondok Gede or Jatibening," Handoyono said.
Meanwhile, other toll gates in the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road, such as at Tambun toll gate, East Bekasi, and Cikunir, are replenished by debit system using ATM cards.
Then, for users who do not have an electronic card, Handoyono said, can buy it from the officer before entering the toll booth.
The toll gates in the Jakarta-Cikampek toll road have already implemented a non-cash payment system, namely Pondok Gede Barat 1 toll gate (from Jakarta), Pondok Gede Timur 1 (from Jakarta), Cikunir 1 and 3, West Bekasi 1, and Bekasi Timur 1.
Then also at the gate of Pondok Gede Timur 2 toll road (direction to Jakarta), Tambun (direction to Jakarta), Pondok Gede Barat 2 (direction to Jakarta), Bekasi Barat 2, and Bekasi Timur 2.
Through the gradual application of non-cash payments, Handoyono hopes that road users will support the program, so as not to face difficulties when entering the toll road.
